Academic requirements: College degree or above

Reference monthly salary: 3000-5000 yuan/month
Working hours: 8.0 hours/day 5 days/week

Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate monthly and annual recruitment plans;
2. Excavate recruitment channels and organize external recruitment;
3. Establish and maintain reserve talent pools;
4. Establish a company employee training system, analyze the training needs of employees at all levels, draw up a training plan, organize the implementation of training, and evaluate the effectiveness of training;
5. Responsible for staff entry, resignation, positive, labor contract signing, settlement and other personnel procedures;
6. Complete the other tasks confessed by the superior.
job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in human resources management and business administration;
2. 6 major modules of skilled human resources, at least 2 years of work experience in recruitment and training modules;
3. Careful, responsible, creative, independent thinking ability, able to take strong pressure;
4. With strong teamwork, communication skills and collaboration capabilities.
5. Familiar with labor laws and local policies, laws and regulations.
